The 2Escape brand and business is owned and operated by Two Escape Sdn Bhd (company id: 1186058-u, Address: 9 Lorong 51A/227C, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia). The company was founded with the intention of merging the convenience of online shopping with the experienced personal service and trusted advice you can ONLY get from a ‘brick and mortar’ store – where REAL people serve you ‘face to face’. To enable this, we developed a unique technology platform that provides a one of a kind shopping experience:
- Shop Online AND shop In-Store and still be rewarded for your loyalty to 2Escape instantly.
- Order Online and Self-Collect from one of our affiliated stores.
- Order Online and send to any local destination (for overseas shipping please contact us).

Online we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Please note orders will not be sent out until payments have cleared.

EXCHANGE POLICY (NO REFUNDS)
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the items are shipped. If 14 days have gone by since your shipping date, unfortunately we can't offer you an Exchange.
Only Regular Priced items can be Exchanged, unfortunately Sale items cannot be Exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange items for any other reason, then please send us an email explaining the reason for the Exchange and seek approval from our customer service staff before sending in the item.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original intact packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged; perishable goods such as food, drinks, gels, nutritional bars and powders etc. cannot be returned. We also do not exchange products that are Underwear, Gift Cards, Health & Personal care items, Hazardous materials, or Flammable Liquids or Gases.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and sending out replacement items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.
Once your Exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange. If the Exchange is approved then:
- If you collect the exchanged items from one of our affiliated stores, there will be no shipping charges.
- If you want the item sent to a specific address then you will be responsible for any shipping charges. Our Customer service team will notify of any shipping expenses and seek your approval before the items are sent back to you.
